Cuba aspires to continue to develop the tourism industry, despite the obstacles imposed by the US economic, financial and commercial blockade of the Caribbean island.
The information was provided during the check-up meeting of that industry, headed by President Miguel Diaz-Canel, at which participants discussed the potentialities and challenges of the sector, which is called to be the driving force of the Cuban economy.
